After signing up, and downloading the program, and unzipping it in its entirety and without changing anything: Before you start the program, read the install instructions provided. When you start the program, you must:

1. Punch in your email address, this is your username.
2. Punch in the password you receive by e-mail when registered succesfully.
3. ...then you'll be able to login.
